Vol. 2250: The "I'm tired." Edition

I don't know if it's just that I haven't been sleeping well or the rainy weather today but I'm more tired than normal today. Yesterday too, was extra bad. Oh well. Let's get this Tuesday going!

crazy, I've been sleeping like shit for about a month.
its gotten so bad, that I drink extra caffeine to make it through work, but then I'm sure that's making my problem at night worse. Last night I took some nyquil around 12:30 (maybe a half dose) and slept through my alarm today.

My wife says I should get a sleep study. She has a c-pap machine now after she had one and she sleeps better than she ever has. Maybe there's something to that.
