Vol. 2268: The "Tied At 2sday" Edition
NHL final is all knotted up at 2. Interesting series so far. Waiting for someone to steal a road game.
I was off yesterday as I had to take my dog to see her neurologist and then I thought I didn't want to go in for a half day so I'd just make it a whole day. Good times.

Nice. I'm gonna check out this dog in the next couple of days. If things look good, I'll be hitting order on my Amazon dog list and bringing a dog home with me this weekend.

(I'd also be renaming the dog. Fluffy is an awful name)

Haha nice. Although I think Fluffy hits the nail on the head for him

He is fluffy looking, but I don't like the name. I've always wanted a dog named Turk because of my addiction to the TV show Scrubs. But I'm not sure that dog looks like a Turk either. But that's jumping ahead. I need to meet the dog, check its file and make sure its a good fit first.

Yeah hopefully it all works out one way or another for you!

I'm at the adoption center volunteering at least once a week, so I'm always looking out. There's another dog there that's a beagle, and is about 12 years old that I thought would be good, but I'm a little scared by how much he was barking. I know the shelter life can be tough, but if he barks that much when I'm not at home, I'd get complaints and have to get rid of him. So I want to meet Fluffy first.Dark Sol wrote:Yeah hopefully it all works out one way or another for you!

Oh, beagle + apartment probably isn't good. They're barkers in general lol You'd have to get a bark collar or something. I do love beagles though.

Yeah, beagle is not my breed of choice. I was hoping the advanced age would mean he was mellow when I saw him on the website though. But in person, I decided it was probably a bad idea before even interacting with him.

My greyhound does not bark at all unless she's really wound up and is trying to play with the chihuahua or one of the cats lol We had her for about a year or so before we even knew she was capable of barking.
Our chihuahua on the other hand, will bark at anything and everything if you let him.
